How to order
To place an order with us please visit our website where you can choose pre-selected collections or single biscuits for various occasions. If however you would like to place a bespoke order, please contact us by email: email@example.com or telephone 07539 454760. We accept most major debit and credit cards.
Payment is taken when you place your order, however for bespoke order requirements more than 30 days in advance a 50% non-refundable deposit is required with the balance to be paid 30 days before the required delivery date.
Stock and Collections
We make all of our biscuits by hand and the website provides remaining stock levels for each collection. If a particular item you require is shown as being out of stock, you can phone or email us to request it whereupon we will advise delivery timescales and take payment accordingly if you wish to proceed.
Each biscuit collection contains full information on the website for ingredients used.
Please note that some items are available for immediate delivery, and other items require up to 10 working days before being dispatched. This is displayed clearly against each item.
We deliver all items via Royal Mail or premium courier unless otherwise stated. Tracked delivery is sent via courier. Postal costs are borne by the customer and clearly stated with each order. Orders over £15 in Bath can be delivered free of charge. Orders for £100 and over within a 10-mile radius of central Bath can be hand-delivered free of charge. We are unable to accept responsibility for return postage costs or items lost or damaged in transit.
Returns are only accepted for goods which arrive damaged (other than in transit) or do not match the original order. Please contact us immediately in either case. Goods will either be re-sent or exchanged depending on the condition they have been received in or incorrectly sent. Refunds will not be offered in these cases.
If cancelling a pre-packaged order made online, cancellation will only apply if the goods have not already been dispatched. A 100% refund will be given in this case. If they have already been dispatched a refund cannot unfortunately be given due to the nature of the product.
If you wish to cancel your bespoke order please do so by email or telephone within 24 hours of placing it as we may have already started baking your biscuits. If it is outside of this time we can only offer a 50% refund if production has already commenced. If the order has already been dispatched a refund cannot unfortunately be given due to the nature of the product.
Bespoke Gift Messages
We reserve the right not to send a message, or include any wording on a biscuit or labelling that may be considered offensive or inappropriate.
We take all complaints seriously as we want to ensure that each and every one of our customers is highly valued.
